Purchases on our website You can purchase the Ultimate Festival Kit using PayPal for delivery within the UK. VAT is included in the price and delivery is an additional charge. Currently, the only way to purchase the UFK is online (although we are seeking retailers in the London area and beyond). Please ensure that all the details you supply are correct. This includes card details, delivery addresses and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for transactions that are not completed due to incorrect customer information. Shipping and Handling/Deliveries Royal Mail is our preferred method of delivery; each kit will be sent ‘Signed for’ within 3 business days of receipt of payment in full. In the event of a postal strike, we will contact you regarding alternative delivery arrangements.

Substitutions Whenever possible, items in the kit will be as shown on the website. At times a substitution may be necessary due to supply issues, but the replacement item will be of a similar description and value.

Damaged goods Do not sign for items which are obviously damaged. Please email or call us on 07789026261 and we will arrange for a replacement once the damaged goods are returned to us.

Returns If you are unhappy with your Ultimate Festival Kit please email or call us as above within 7 days and send it back via registered post. We will refund the cost of the kit provided that it is returned in the condition in which it was sent to you.
